Note: If the game is too difficult to complete, try changing the Story Mode difficulty on the main menu under "Options". This increases or decreases the spawn rate of customers.
Get trained, tend bar, make me money. In Tiki Week, you play as a trainee bar tender working through your first week (plus 1 day) of training. You must choose the correct glasses and ingredients in order to serve customers the drinks that they are asking for. While simple in game play and controls, it contains deep systems which allow for almost any combination of ingredients in the bar.
Tiki Week was created for the PSW Game Jam #1. The game was inspired by games such as Plate Up and Overcooked. It is done in a 2d, pixel art style.
All assets (art, music, sound effects, scripts, etc) were created during the jam by Carter Hay. It is written in Unity, and makes heavy use of tile maps with the tool Tiled. Art was created using Aseprite, and music was written in Ableton Live 11.
